We’re looking for a driven Automotive Service Manager ready to lead a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and grow into a Store Manager role. This is a developmental leadership position with real advancement potential — Midas is committed to training our people and promoting from within.



What You’ll Do


As a Midas Automotive Service Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily shop operations — ensuring both customers and employees have a top-tier experience.

You will:


  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians to achieve performance goals.

  • Ensure every customer receives exceptional service from start to finish — consult, listen, and follow up.

  • Manage the entire service process: inspections, diagnostics, estimates, and repairs.

  • Oversee the creation of accurate repair orders and parts sourcing.

  • Communicate estimates, explain services clearly, and promote shop specials.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.

  • Manage shop inventory and workflow to ensure efficiency and profitability.

  • Uphold company values, goals, and core standards in every interaction.

  • Supervise up to 10 employees in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.



What You Bring


  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Manager or Store Manager (automotive preferred).

  • Solid understanding of general automotive systems and repair processes.

  • Strong leadership skills — you motivate, coach, and hold others accountable.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Team-building mindset with a focus on results and integrity.

  • Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends and holidays).

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • ASE certifications or equivalent experience a plus.
