We’re looking for a Master Technician (A Tech) who can take the lead in our shop. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, self-motivated, and capable of working independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. At our full-service facility, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to a culture of success.



Key Responsibilities


  • Perform thorough safety and courtesy inspections on vehicles.

  • Accurately diagnose mechanical issues using visual inspection and diagnostic equipment.

  • Conduct tests on parts and systems to ensure proper function.

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including oil changes, tune-ups, and tire services.

  • Repair or replace malfunctioning systems such as brakes, belts, pumps, transmissions, and engines.

  • Utilize welding knowledge when needed.

  • Test drive vehicles to confirm proper repairs.

  • Lead the shop team toward success by setting high standards of performance and professionalism.

  • Complete all work efficiently and with attention to quality.



Qualifications


  • ASE certification preferred (but not required).

  • Extensive knowledge of all aspects of vehicle repair and maintenance.

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with computer diagnostic equipment and software.

  • Ability to work efficiently while delivering quality results.

  • Ability to read and follow service manuals, repair manuals, and work orders.

  • Valid driver’s license required.
